1. How can I contact Satoe Boutique? 

You can contact Satoe Boutique by going to the Contact us page on the menu bar.

2. How long does it take for someone to answer my inquiry?

Someone from the Satoe team will get back to you within 48 hours.

3. Can I return items and get a refund?

Once a customer receives their package they have 14 days to return the order. We will not be able to refund after those 14 days. We do not provide a return label. The customer is responsible for this. 

4. What forms of payment does Satoe Boutique take? 

We take Visa, Discover, Paypal, MasterCard, and American Express.

5. The item I want is sold out. Will it be restocked? 

We restock items based on supply and demand. A customer can also email Satoe Boutique to see if an item will be restocked. 

6. If an item is on sale, can I return it?                

All items that are on sale are final. No returns. Mystery Box items are also non refundable.

7. I made a purchase! What happens now?

 After a purchase you will receive a confirmation email. Once your package is sent out (1-3 handling days) you will also receive a tracking number to follow your purchase. 

8. What happens if my package gets lost in the mail?

Packages getting lost in the mail is something that rarely happens however, if this does happen we recommend contacting the carrier service with your tracking number so they can further assist. We are not responsible for lost packages in the mail. 

9. I put the wrong address in for my order. What should i do?

If you immediately message us your order number we may be able to change it for you. However, if your package has already been shipped out we are not responsible. We ask all customers to double check their information before placing their order,
